Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Juice of half a lemon or a large dollop of homemade yoghurt

1 crushed clove of garlic (optional)

 

Method

Mix together and you're done!

 

This dressing keeps in an air tight container for up to 3 days, so make up a big batch for a week's worth of salads.
