Springtime Smoothie

This refreshing springtime smoothie blends creamy almond milk, icy goodness, and nutrient-packed greens like kale and celery with the sweetness of green apple and a touch of raw honey. For an extra boost of healthy fats, toss in half an avocado before blending for a rich, satisfying treat!

 

Ingredients

2/3 cup of almond milk

3/4 cup of ice

1 cup kale (roughly chopped)

2 stalks of celery (roughly chopped)

1 green apple (cored and chopped) 1 tbsp nut butter

1 tsp raw honey

 

Simply put all your ingredients in a blender or food processor and blitz to make a smooth, creamy consistency and enjoy straight away!
